How to register for Tavily?

2. Detailed steps to register on tavily

Visit the official site above, or from cherry studio - Settings - Network Search - click Get Key, which will directly redirect to the tavily login/registration page.

If this is your first time using it, you need to register an account (Sign up) before you can log in (Log in). It defaults to the login page.

1. Click to register an account, go to the following screen, enter your commonly used email, or use a Google or GitHub account, then on the next step enter a password — the usual process.

1. 🚨🚨🚨【Key step】 After successful registration, there will be adynamic verification codestep that requires scanning a QR code to generate a one-time code before you can continue to use it.

Many users get stuck at this step and feel stunned.... don't panic

It's simple, you have two options at this point.

1. Download an identity verification app, Microsoft Authenticator — slightly cumbersome

2. Use the WeChat mini program: Tencent Authenticator. — simple, only need your hands, recommended

After clicking, scan the QR code on the tavily page you just saw

You will get a string of numbers

Copy it to the tavily page

It will prompt you to copy the code to a safe place; follow the advice, even though you probably won't need it much

3. 🎉 Registration successful 🎉

After completing the above steps, you will enter the screen below, indicating your registration was successful; copy the key to cherry studio and you can start using it happily.
