3. Data interaction description

This software uses API Keys of third-party model service providers that you apply for and configure yourself to complete related model calls and conversation functions. The model services you use (such as large models, API interfaces, etc.) are provided and fully managed by the third-party provider you choose. Cherry Studio only serves as a local tool providing interface call functions to third-party model services.

Therefore:

• All conversation data generated between you and the large model service is unrelated to Cherry Studio; we neither participate in storing the data nor perform any form of data transmission or relay;

• You need to review and accept the privacy agreements and related policies of the corresponding third-party model service providers yourself. These services' privacy agreements can be viewed on each provider's official website.

4. Statement on third-party model service providers' privacy policies

You bear the privacy risks that may be involved from using third-party model service providers. For specific privacy policies, data security measures, and related responsibilities, please consult the relevant content on the official website of the chosen model service provider; we assume no responsibility for these.
