Add ModelScope MCP Server

ModelScope MCP server requires Cherry Studio to be upgraded to v1.2.9 or later.

In version v1.2.9, Cherry Studio formed an official partnership with ModelScope Moda, greatly simplifying the steps to add MCP servers, avoiding configuration errors, and allowing discovery of a large number of MCP servers in the ModelScope community. Follow the steps below to see how to synchronize ModelScope's MCP servers in Cherry Studio.

Steps

Sync entry:

Click MCP Server Settings in Settings, then select Sync Server

Discover MCP services:

Select ModelScope and browse discovered MCP services

View MCP server details

Register and log in to ModelScope, and view the MCP service details;

Connect to server

In the MCP service details, choose to connect the service;

Request and copy-paste the API token

Click "Get API" token in Cherry Studio to go to the ModelScope website, copy the API token, and return to Cherry Studio to paste it.

Successful synchronization

In Cherry Studio's MCP server list, you can see the MCP services connected from ModelScope and invoke them in conversations.

Incremental update

For MCP servers newly connected on the ModelScope website later, simply click Sync Server to achieve incremental addition of MCP servers.
