We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, copy, and distribute the unmodified materials, including for commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, based on the intellectual property or other rights we own or embody in the materials.

Commercial License:

You must contact us and obtain explicit written commercial authorization prior to continuing the use of Cherry Studio materials under any of the following circumstances:

1. Modification and Derivatives: You modify or create derivative works based on Cherry Studio materials (including but not limited to changing the application name, logo, code, functionality, interface, etc.).

2. Enterprise Services: You utilize Cherry Studio internally within your enterprise, or offer services based on Cherry Studio to enterprise customers, and such services support cumulative usage by 10 or more users.

3. Hardware Bundling Sales: You pre-install or integrate Cherry Studio into hardware devices or products for bundled sales.

4. Large-scale Procurement by Government or Educational Institutions: Your usage scenario involves large-scale procurement projects by government or educational institutions, particularly when security, data privacy, or other sensitive requirements are involved.

5. Public-facing Cloud Services: You provide cloud services based on Cherry Studio that are publicly accessible.
